The power of stillness!
Meditation, stillness and silence are all 3 things that make for a clear mind.
Why is a clear mind necessary?
Well clarity, for lack of any other reason, is our greatest asset.
The clearer our minds, the better decisions we make, the more positive we can be, the more our perception is void of uncertainty.
Can you imagine living a life being extremely certain in your choices?
Well, if you can't, I can and it's absolutely amazing!
"Certainty is a reflection of confidence and peace. And uncertainty is a reflection of confusion."-Audreyanna Garrett
Those who are lost, are uncertain...
So if you don't want to be lost, I suggest that you practice stillness at least once daily.
Scheduling at least 10 minutes of nothingness daily can assist you with realizing things you have never realized before, accepting things you may have been unwilling to accept before, and generating new ideas that would have not otherwise come to you in the chaos of your day!
Sitting in silence doesn't mean not thinking, for those who are unclear. Sitting in silence allows your mind to process all the information it takes it and store it accordingly.
I dare you to try, for at least 30 days, 10 minutes of stillness and silence each day, to see how much of a positive impact it has on your memory, critical thinking ability, patience and clarity!
